Chin-Chin Wu (吴沁沁), aka Post-Modern China Doll, is a Pekinese born in Shanghai, a Chinese-American located in Paris (since 1999); mixing cultures, media, and influences is part of her second nature.
She is a graduate of Rice University where she holds a Bachelor of Music in piano performance, and of Ecole Nationale Louis Lumière (France's national cinematographic school founded by the eponymous inventor of the media), where she holds a Masters degree in photography. She did her thesis on the visual representation of the female genitalia and is currently working on a documentary on the same subject. She enjoys experimenting with still and moving imagery, as well as teaching and practicing commercial photography.
